Junior competition update/Results to follow in Junior Enewsletter

We will run two competitions from here onwards each week if demand is there. An 18 hole and also a 9 hole competition on the big course. Please book tee times in BRS or call and book via the shop if booking in allocated junior booking times i.e. roughly 3pm so we can add the names to the ClubV1 competition system. If the kids have handicaps already please use ClubV1/HowDidiDo and enter scores in the correct competition after play from the correct tees. If not confident to do that please WhatsApp a picture of the scorecard to the group chat and we will manually enter in the shop. Thanks to everyone who entered their scores in ClubV1/HowDidiDo last week - a BIG help. This should help us turn round results much quicker and keep us covid safe meantime.

For kids with no handicap please call and join in at allocated junior times. We can get you to play from the relevant forward discs on the fairway or wherever is appropriate to get you playing golf and having a fun game. You might want to play for a handicap off the blue/red tees if confidence is there. There will also be a volunteer present if some kids want to go play the Wee course and have a game there too.

We hope to see lots of you again this Sunday for a bit of fun and a game.

PS. we are having some challenges with the new WHSystem i.e. it's not allowing boys to play from red tees or anyone from discs on the fairway and no club handicaps so please bear with us as we resolve these early hiccups with Scottish Golf. So for competitions going forward please ensure BOYS PLAY FROM BLUE TEES AND GIRLS FROM RED TILL WE GET THIS RESOLVED HOPEFULLY SOONER RATHER THAN LATER. We apologise for the inconvenience short term.
