The BIGGA Scottish Golf Championships were played at Ladybank last week which I'm sure put a bit of stress on
Colin and the guys.
As ever they rose to the challenge and the feedback we received from a record field of green keepers was fantastic.
The stand out part of the day for me though was the unbelievable long drive down the 18th by a very long hitting green keeper from Carnoustie.

Ryder Cup fever is about to hit us all and with the announcement of the Captains picks it's clearly just around the corner. Darren Clarke no doubt will not please everyone with his picks, however with a team low on experience the picking of Lee Westwood and Martin Kaymer may prove a shrewd move.
Thomas Pieters clearly has a huge future in the game to, so it hopefully makes for a well balanced team. I'm sure Russell Knox isn't overly happy after two big wins this year but hopefully his time will come.
