The pro shop has certainly seen a few changes, as is the norm over the winter period. Having decided to introduce a (hopefully) new and improved customer service experience in the pro shop, we have reluctantly had to give up our trolley repairs service. For some of you this will no doubt be a shame. However, after taking the recent 'member survey' results into account we feel we can help the majority of our members more by improving our customer service levels for you through better staff engagement in store and coaching/fitting/retail services. We feel this will better help to improve your experience of the club overall. The good news on the trolley repairs service is that our technician Glen is going to carry on this service on his own with son Stuart, from the premises in St Andrews. So we have details for him if you are in need of any electric trolley repairs.
The biggest change however, has been in the clubhouse where the gents toilets and shower room area refurb continues at a great pace. The foyer entrance area to the clubhouse is also under refurb conditions. It's very exciting times as we look to further improve our members and guests experience of golf at Ladybank. |
