Members Heads Up 

Sunday, 14 May we have an all day booking for Golf Scotland that was made after the diary was produced. The course will re-open at 3pm to members after a busy day. This may be a day to make use of our reciprocal agreements now in place at Haggs Castle and East Renfrewshire among the local ones at Crail, Scotscraig and Lundin.

Special Mention

Saturday past saw an excellent score of scratch 80/nett 65 from Bob Drummond. This was one of the best score of the season so far as the CSS went up to 73 in tricky conditions. 

Well done Bob.

Fife Team Championship 

Thornton hosted this years event on Saturday which was won by Lundin Montrave with a score of 298. LGC were a very credible 7th equal with a total score of 315. A big thanks to Paul, Kenny, John and Scott for representing the club.

LCL Result 

The second of our four LCL matches was away to Lundin on Sunday. In extremely tricky conditions we lost 5.5 - 0.5. A huge thanks to all who played. The next match is not until the 3rd Sept when we host Lundin.


Saturday Medals 

The new season has seen a huge increase in members playing on a Saturday with online booking times at a premium. The M&H team would like to remind members that they should only book a tee time for others if they are sure they intend to play. There have been several occasions when members cannot book a preferred tee time however spaces become available on the day due to late call offs.
