There were more snowy scenes from Ladybank last week when our weekend golf was disrupted unfortunately. Certainly a real culture shock from the week previous when we had good conditions in comparison.
This has been followed by storm Henry who has left his mark by felling one of our huge silver birch trees near the gully on the 18th.
I'm sure like many of you it felt like the house was going to get blown away at one point, so there was little surprise that we had some damage.
I've also included a snowy scene of the course from the 1950s. It's quite incredible how the course has developed and moved on in around 60 years.
It is quite a different picture today with considerably more trees, a bit less heather and manicured fairways and greens etc.
